Samc Posted December 10, 2004 Share Posted December 10, 2004 Use paint to scale it down (not the best, I personally use Photoshop CS but paint is free). Then "save as" a jpg or jpeg image; much smaller than tif or other formats. Link to comment

SaltyDawg Posted December 13, 2004 Share Posted December 13, 2004 Use paint shop pro like he says. Then open the pic. choseimage then chose resize. Make your picture size no more than like 599- 700 or close to those number and it should post fine. Link to comment
