Not sure what these small yellow creatures are. They seem to be moving around.

As per the title I had these creatures pop over night last night. Not sure what they are, but they seem to be moving around some.

Not a great pic, but I assume they are flatworms.

I should specify these are tiny, less than 1mm total length.

Yeah, flatworms.  You have a lot, but I'm not sure that they are a problem.  As long as they don't smother your coral, they are probably harmless.  Hopefully, their numbers will dwindle over time.  There are a few predators which will eat them, but they aren't all that nano suitable.
