I’ve just set up another with remaining items.

Just in time, there r live rocks from Indonesia inda shop, but no 5kg live sands unfortunately.

So I’m thinking about odering online, or just only rocks,,,🤣

n I got 2 mushrooms as hitchhiker from rocks fortunately.

They r in my 8gal now.

 

 

- Dennerle Nanocube 20L/5.2gal  (without sump like I always do)

 

- Setup Date : April 1st 2021

 

- Live rocks(2.5kg) Sea water(from shop)

 

- Light : 7w 4 colors LED(Twinstar Light, 7500K)

               → sera Nano LED Light (1 × 2w daylight + 1 × 2w bluelight + 1 × 2w ultrablue with UV-A)

 

- Filter : Eheim Skim 350 (5w, added Nitrax + bioCarb)

 

- Heater : Eheim 25w → Nano ThemoCompact 25w (Dennerle, 05/10/2021)

 

- Sub equipment : AQUA MEDIC  Refill Fix (04/08/2021)

 

- Maintenance :  10% water change 2 weekly 

                               filter change frequently   

                              

- Feeding :  Brined shrimp Plus Formula(Frozen, Ocean Nutrition)

                    

- Coral :  yellow leather (01/05/2021)

                pumping  xenia (01/05/2021)

                blastomussa (03/05/2021)

                2 × snakelocks anemone (05/04/2021, 06/08/2021 from 8gal)

                1cm~1.5cm branches of birdnest (05/14/2021, experimentally)

                blue sea squirt (05/22/2021)

                button polyps (05/26/2021, 08/27/2021)

                goniopora (07/08/2021)

                birdnest (07/12/2021, from my 8gal)

 

- Fish :

                  

- Invert : 1 × blue banded coral (boxing) shrimp (04/21/2021)

                 1 × halloween hermit crab (04/21/2021)

                 1 × brittle starfish (05/04/2021)

                 1 × long spine urchin (07/02/2021) → without acclimation

 

- Algae :   red macroalgae (04/03/2021, 05/01/2021)

I changed some layout this morning.

It was a little tricky to point the outlet to the hole of rock, but I made it.

And then a space to hide the heater appeared, so it is behind rock now.

I guess, it’s better than yesterday, isn't it??? 🐶

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Suddenly the weather became cold like a Winter again, 

even snow on next week's weather forecast,,,🥶

This morning I found a little tiny tube worm what I expected cuz it’s live rocks, not dry ones.
n mushrooms as hitch hiker with these rocks r doing well in 8gal.

They looked like so small when they retracted, but it’s not.😊

anyway I hope to find something else more, its always fun!

I added some red algae as 1st . Its from 8gal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This spot which 5.2 gal tank placed is a lot of sun light all day long,

so need more careful management.

No more space for any tank is not anywhere now.🤪

It’s snowing continuously here, winter again! ☃️

 

Anyway, there r too many shits of snails in 8gal, so I removed it with a air hose.

A small amount sand came out too, so I put it in this tank.

Then, the cycle started to turn right away. 😱

I didn’t added any bio filters cuz there is Nthg for now,

but I did it after seeing brown algae.

Something weird like a weather?!? 🤪

 

 

It’s possible to stack like that even though power of pump is lil down n so small.

However, a stack is a stack n a nano is a nano! 😊

At last evening I found something strange.

Are these parasites (which won the Palme d’Or at the Cannes😉)???

sry, not closeup shot,,,

 

 

 

 

They stick to the tank wall and move around.
I just hope it's not harmful! 🙏🏻

should I take out the rotting camera in the closet? btw,,,🤣

I changed the layout again last night,

cuz a magnetic wiper always touches a rock and the branch rock keeps falling.

I guess this is the fainal n best one, although all equipment is exposed.🤗

no more brownies as breakfast,

n now something good algae starts to grow.

 

 

 

 

 

n a Refill kit is installed, I needed a used petbottle as small to reduce the load.

I changed it to smaller of 8gal tank also.

now I’m just thinking n waiting something, something,,,🤔

any opinions? 😊

White stats could be Asterina? I take them out but people do like them, if that's what it is it can grow to a few millimetres up to 2cm.

hmmm, I can’t agree with this, moreover if that white tiny little one isn’t a seed of asterina.🤔

I had 3 Asterina starfishes( I found 1 more, as hitchhiker) in 8 gal as pieces not perfect shape, n moved 1 to this tank.

 

however, both r not harmful? right? ☺️

As soon as  shrimp moved into a tank, changed into new cloth overnight. ☺️

They r not active that much as early adopter yet,,,

 

 

 

 

 

it seems to be difficult to see a shrimp often cuz he(she) went into the cave and settled down. 😅

 

n green algae doesn’t seem to prosper more but still,,,

I'm going to watch more till next weekend,,,☺️
