RaeD
Hello, I'm really worried about my clowns. I have 2 clownfish in a 10g FOWLR; tested the water last weekend, and the ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates are at zero, pH at 8. Everything was fine until my male clownfish had some stringy poop a few days ago and stopped eating today, so I put a dose of Prazi-pro in the tank. A few minutes later, my female clownfish starting doing backflips, completely flipping from head to tail. This is NOT twitching/dominance, etc. When I try to Google this all I find is responses about clownfish shaking and this is completely different. I uploaded a video at the link below, hopefully it will finish processing soon. She had been totally fine before and seems to have calmed down since. Both are acting lethargic near the sand right now. I'm new to the hobby and leaving on Wednesday for Thanksgiving so would really appreciate any advice to help heal both my clownfish! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wghCRVniQZA Quote Link to comment
Kylefitz
Hi I know this thread is super old but my clownfish are doing the same thing. You ever figure out what it was? Quote Link to comment
Tamberav
That video is dark but it looks light it might be trying to scratch at a parasite or something is bothering its gills? Quote Link to comment
