It took a lot of patience. If you look carefully the foot retreats when you keep rubbing its edge. I got lucky because it was trying to cross a big hole in my rocks. I walked by the tank and thought now is the best opportunity to move it.

 

Another thing you can do is use a credit card or whatever to cast a shadow on where it is, and put rubbles near it, coaxing it to move to where you can easily retrieve it.
