Its been slowly dying off and I've been pulling it out, the tank is finally looking respectable. I purchased the BRS 150gpd water save upgrade and booster pump for my RODI. Before the install I was getting about 40psi in my house and it was taking about 2.5hrs to make 5g of water. I pumped out my first 5gs in about 45minutes yesterday I'm very happy with this product! I also am starting to focus on getting some SPS. I'm getting a large frag of ORA Red Planet, Bali Green Slimer, and ORA Miami Orchid in the next few weeks when I stop traveling for work :mad: I need to finish my water change station now. HiImSean Posted February 23, 2014 Author Share Posted February 23, 2014 Got a bit of an update. I finally released my wrasse into the DT after 3 weeks in QT. He eats like a pig and has figured out already that the feeding ring means food lol My melanurus chased him a little bit but it seems to have calmed down. I since my QT was empty I picked up another fish from a local reefer, a kole tang. It looks great and I can't wait to add it to the tank. I'm keeping it in QT for a few weeks even though I know member I got it froms tank is in fantastic shape, just want to get it eating first. All the corals I have picked up over the last few weeks are doing great. My Red Planet I got 2 weeks ago is encrusting the plug I mounted it on. I did have to frag up my Mystic Sunset monti though. It was loosing tissue and the rock it was on had about 6 aptasia on it that were beating the Aptasia-X I was applying. The aptaisa are spreading a little but nothing major yet. I'm going to try to find some peppermint shrimp today. LPS This guy has really colored up and looks great Super sexy, the rainbow eye is getting very colorful Another weed SPS I'm starting to get more SPS in the tank. I'm currently on the hunt for a calcium reactor now. Hopefully get these sticks growing faster. This guy will be amazing! The base is green with blue tips and green poylps. I took the other one out and let it dry out for a few months because it had some aptasia on it. I'll put something on it, not sure what yet. Ark - some of the closer pics are through the portal, you can kind of tell because of the rim at the edge of the pictures. My only lens is a 17-55mm so even at 55mm it's hard to get close pics of corals Link to comment

This past week I picked up a bottle of AcroPower and began dosing. It's hard to tell so far but looks like my slimer is really liking it. My local reef club, the Atlanta Reef Club, held our annual Expo which ended up being pretty huge. Lots of great vendors, Jason Fox, WWC, and Steve Tyree (got to hang with a little and a real nice guy).
