Appreciate the kind words angel! As far as your hippos go. Do they look healthy despite being closed? Sometimes some of my zoas go through a closing fit. My la lakers were closed for a good week before they all decided to open up again, And all my other zoas were as happy as could be Link to comment

Try getting a torch or a hammer, the common ones cost around 40 where aquatic treasures has 20 dollar torches, hammers, frogspawns, 2+ duncans, montis, ultra zoas and more. Trust me. Aquatic empires is expensive. Thats why I stopped buying there. They sell a 40 bubble coral when I got one at desert reef co for 20. Same kind (the greenish ones) Also they have a $50 4 head nuclear green zoas. I can get those for $20 at aquatic treasures. Lol Link to comment

I just think you can get the same quality but better prices somewhere else. Try going to desert reef co and aquatic treasures and you will see for yourself Or... you can wait til reef fever start selling frags! He has some awesome corals. Link to comment

LVCaniac Posted July 1, 2013 Author Share Posted July 1, 2013 So I am contemplating building a 16x16x10 frag tank from scratch. Oddly enough its cheaper to have the glass cut and shipped from glasscages.com than to have it cut in Las Vegas..... But this way i can get my frags out of my display tank, eventually start fragging my birdsnest, and have a separate tank to grow my frags out before either selling, trading, or sticking them in my main tank. It looks like it woul donly cost about $150-170 dollars to get this tank started. And if all works out well, I might even start building custom tanks per request of reefers in Las Vegas Link to comment
