Miami Reefer
I'm looking to get a clam for my BC29. I have an mp10 so i can adjust how much flow i want, but i also plan on keeping a bunch of sps so the flow in the tank might be a little on the high side. So my question is how much flow can a clam safely handle. BTW i don't want to put it on the sand bed it will be on the rock work. Thanks Gio Link to comment
StevieT
you will be fine, they can enjoy the same as SPS. A MP10 is not direct flow but very disbursed. Link to comment

USFnano
are the fish pressed up against front glass??? LOL, no My clown and coral beauty do fine with it. I also have the output from a AquaC Remora(mj1200) in addition. Link to comment
poidog
I have an mp10 on my 24g sps dominated, and my maxima loves the flow. he moves himself (on the sand) to be more in the flow. Link to comment
