IMO natural is the way to go!! (along with skimmers and filter media) to prove it... i took some pix. of my overstuffed fuge I got 2 lights on my fuge, one for the Cheato+Halmedia and one for the Mangroves Look at how big those guys are! its AMAZING. oh and notice the Cheato and Halmedia in the background? Prove that im not using unnatural (well kinda;filter media like carbon isnt natural i guess ) ways of filtration PS, those mangroves in the first small compartment are for you David! Link to comment

Thanks Becact! the fuge is about 10g total with 8g being the actual macro area. i did fill it with about 3" of a mud/sand mixture so that brings it down to anywhere between 5-6g's about 50% of that area is occupied by the cheato with 20% by the halmedia and 10% by the mangroves. the other 20% is trimback space for the cheato to grow.
