New Clams

I ordered a mix of clams and this is what I recieved. I will likely just keep 2. The last clam we owned died because I tore the foot when moving rocks around. I am keeping these guys in this plastic container until we decide which one we will keep.

Sorry the pics are not the best.

Tried to post a picture but it did not work. How do you embed an image?

Any clam care tips would be great.

Thanks

Make sure you use a URL that ends in an image extension. Like this one:

which is your image:

Right click on the image and choose 'copy address' or open it in a new window to get the address that ends in JPG. The s800 in picasa controls the size, you can type smaller numbers to get smaller copies that are better for posting, I like s512 myself:

Lucky! You ordered six clams! I think the best 2 are the very left green one, and the second from the right. How big are they? In the picture it looks like they're in a little tupperware.

^ya I have to agree the green and black/blue looking ones are the best :) Why did you order so many if you are only gonna keep two??? If your getting rid of them for free I will take them lol

Yea I am on board with everyone that the best looking ones are the green and the 2nd one going right to left.

The clams are all about 2 inches and I am down to 5 now. I managed to tear the foot of one when I was trying to set it upright. Rookie Move.

The color has changed a bit so I am still waiting to see which one we will keep.
