Dallas
On my last trip to the local reef store I was sold a clam that is said to need less light and can survive in a nano. Anyone know what it's called so I can do some research on it? So far it appears healthy and is moving around on the sand. I Zooplex 3 times a week for the coral and hopefully the clam. I feed the blenny with a turkey baster a variety of shrimp a few times a week but that's cleaned up pretty fast. I also add a small amount of calcium and ph to the water once a week. Any advice is welcome. Link to comment
ezcompany
that is a T. Deresa. read this link for light requirements: http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?...114475&st=0 that clam also grows very fast and will reach over 17 inches quickly. that being said, it is not a nano clam, and do not trust your lfs. it is however, hardier than squamosas, maximas and croceas.
