coral_addict
For all you experts, I just moved my Clam from a 14 Gallon tank with established LR and LS to my newer established 29BC with just regular sand and regular rocks. The newer tank has been thru the cycle for a few weeks and fish/corals/inverts are living there happily for close to 3 weeks. When I just moved my clam over this afternoon, it opened up fine. However my Bicolor angel kept trying to eat the algae from the shell. Next came the hermit. So it stayed shut. Well everyone left it alone for 3hrs and it's still shut. Should I be concern? Should I just move it back to my BC14? It's a Crocea Clam and is only 2". Let me know thanks, Link to comment
seabass
Put it in a tank without a dwarf angelfish. They are known for nipping at clam mantles. Link to comment
