Clams require more light than that and pristine water conditions. Link to comment
ezcompany Posted December 27, 2006 Share Posted December 27, 2006 you can get only get a deresa or a gigas, probably even a squamosa. problem is that these 3 will outgrow your 12 gallon in no time, and you'll need to keep your alk and calcium rock solid. Link to comment
121a Posted December 27, 2006 Author Share Posted December 27, 2006 Thanks, I want to get a 223w fixture with a 175w Metal H and 2 24w compact Fluorescent lights, its on ebay for $140 but with $40 shipping I think not.
