It wasn't long before my 5 gallon cadlights tank filled up with beautiful corals (thanks to nano-paul) so it was time for an upgrade. After a long waiting period (thanks to DHL) my 25gallon Cadlight tank is setup and ready to go. I finished putting everything together Wednesday April 22th when I got home from work. I stopped over at a local reefer's house Friday April 27th and bought 30 lbs of Fiji Rock (for $50) which has been in his tank for just over 2 year. I bought 40lbs of CaribSea Fiji Pink Sand along with 25 Gallons Real Ocean Water from a LFS. Also have added so far: • 100w hydor theo heater • Digital Thermometer Waiting to add: • Cheato for my refugium (bought from Mr. Fosi) It's Photo Time!!!! hmmmm...coraline! Closeup! Topdown! This rock is just coated with coraline and tons better then any LR any LFS could offer at $50 Wondering if I'm gonna even have any sort of a cycle. We'll see! Link to comment

So far my livestock will be: • Mating pair of either onyx or true perc clowns • Flame Hawkfish • BTA • Lots of colorfull zoas (from my 5gallon and nano-paul ) • Frogspawn (from my 5gallon) • Torch (from my 5gallon) • pom pom xenia (from my 5gallon) • Micros (from Marvin) • Maybe a Clam or 2 at some point Link to comment

Nitrate: 0 Nitrite: 0 Alkalinity: 300 pH Level: 8.2 Salinity: 1.024 I know it's only been 8 days since I set this tank up, but I'm not expecting much of a cycle if any sinced the LR is from a 2 year old tank.
