any thoughts about cooling efficiency change because of the aerated water? Any effect on the performace of the remora?

I'm not an expert, but I was under the impression that water conducts/transfers heat better than air. Thus if you are trying to lower the temperature, I'd want to maximize water contact with the cooling element, not minimize it.
