30 Gallon Hex Build

Day 7 of my new reef aquarium. New additions: Kessil a150w sky blue hanging from the ceiling. I'm thinking about building an acrylic wall to put on the top to keep my future Goby from jumping. I'm not sure how high I'll have to build it to make sure it can't jump over. I've also read about using a clear mesh to cover it which allows the light to still go through. I'm more worried about light not getting through with a cover. It's a deep tank so I need all the light to be clear of obstacles. Also, I'm working on building a sump with a turf algae filter inside. I'll get pictures once I'm done building. Just waiting for the live rock to cure and then I'll put a clean up crew in there to start the cycle.
