Temperature stays between 79F and 80F thanks to AQUA LOGIC DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER - DUAL STAGE

I perform water changes every week 30% with sea water that has been filtered through a 1 micron sock and a UV. Top off water is RO/DI

There is no fish in the tank. I cannot get NO3 to reach 0. This is my first salt water tank.
