goby and pistol pair

How do you know when a goby will host with a pistol shrimp? just luck? bought them together?

Nope. I saw the pistol at one LFS by accident. I think it was a hitchiker, i got it like alm0st free. 15 dirhams or around 5 USD. Then one fellow reefer sold the goby to me for the same price.

Pistol i got for around 3 months the goby i got a week ago. when they saw each other it was love at first sight.

They look nice together, not the typical pair you usually see
