Any ideas why the upper half of the rock would be hunkered down while the bottom half flow merrily in the breeze (so to speak). Actually it's been like this about a week now. The water paramters are all 0's except for the temperature at 82F and Calcium at 360 ppm (little low but shouldn't affect softies I would think).

Thanks

++^...what kind of salt are you using?...360 seems a little low...I've been using Coral Pro salt(red sea) and Oceanic for awhile, Ca levels are usually well in the 400's.

Yeah, someone on the boards told me flow, so I'm going to move the little fellow.

Regarding the Ca, it was always about 440, but over time I have loaded 5 SPS and 5 LPS, they are all doing great and must be sucking up the Ca faster than my water changes and supplements

Very true Symbiotic...that could be very well what's happening I wasn't aware that you have all those LPS, and SPS in there. You might want to consider supplementing once or twice a week then.
