honestly your wasting money by doing daily waterchanges, you'll be fine with weekly, IMO. it looks great though

i change it with NSW, we own a private island here in the philippines it's a bit far away from my tank 2 hrs. drive :D well worth it! :D

I really don't get it? You own your own island but you take a 2 hr drive to get water? You don't have someone to go fetch the water for you? The tank does not need a 20% every day even if the water comes from the sea :D OCD! :D

Your island has a bridge connected to it? Also I agree daily water changes in a 12g is pointless, why even have a sump and skimmer since they aren't needed?

well i go there every 2 weeks. i load maybe 5 5 gallon containers and store them here in our place. since i have abundant supply of fresh and clean NSW and I'm always very bored because i have so much time in the world that i decided to do this.

if there are any negative effects in doing this water changes (in an aquarium?) maybe I'll stop; but so far so good.

nice!! daily water charges is definetly wasting water. at least every 5 days. I do waterchanges every 7 days and my tank is super happy.
