skilter Posted August 10, 2006 Share Posted August 10, 2006 if you are still having heat issues, and you dont want something that will take up desk space i would suggest a floor standing fan that swivels, thats what i use for my nanocube. i have it on a timer and it turns on with the lights and stays on about 30 minutes after the lights turn off. if the problem is not that bad you can just let it swivel. with the use of a larger fan not only does your tank get cooler but your room does too (considering your have a dorm room sized room). i think i only paid about 25 for my fan so they arent that expensive.
