I was thinking, man I wish I could frag of a piece of these and take them home when I saw the hugh zoa colony;)

 

chris, St. Johns was super nice I would love to go back but it will take a while just to pay off this trip:(

Sorry I have not posted any new pics for a couple days, been busy.

lol - no kidding! $40 just for lunch down there gets puts a big dent in the wallet.

 

We started going to that little grocery store in town so we could eat a little cheaper...

A few more

 

Here is a nurse shark I saw under an overhang, maybe 5-6 feet long

Here is some type of worm, kind of like a coco worm. There were probably 10 different colors of these

This looks like some type of mushroom

This is a huge scarlet hermit, I saw these, some red legged hermits and on one beach close to the shore I saw thousands of blue legged hermits.

Absolutely AMAZING. You spotted some VERY cool and unusual fish and corals...Nice shots! I couldn't even pick a favorite... Those sun corals are really gorgeous, though. And those huge corals in the shot with the trumpetfish.... A-mazing. :)

Thanks Caesar, the sun corals were awesome to see in the wild. There was one wall with thousands of them. I wish I could have got more good pictures of fish and wide shots. There was a huge variety of fish, most were to small or to fast to get good pictures of.

CONGRATS to the happy couple! glad you found someone that's willing to scuba, David and I were supposed to snorkel together in cozumel on our cruise but he wasn't feeling too well. i remember seeing a gigantic parrot fish swim into a school of blue angels and poo in their faces...beautiful. lol. that sun coral covered floor is amazing! great camera and great trip! i'll look into going to St.John some day.

Lost her while scuba diving, found this one under a rock;)

 

Thanks Babycakes, it is great to have someone who want to and will do the same things you want to do.

 

The sun coral was one of the most amazing things I saw.

That is not a anemone that is a mushroom, I have three of those and they are very easy to keep. I really dont know what type of mushroom is but are very hardy, they where my first coral and survive a lot of errors.
