Deb K Posted May 6 Share Posted May 6 Over the weekend my wife and I scored this 55 tank and stand !! It was FREE!! I started cleaning it this morning and found hard water stains on the inside. The tank was a fresh water before and the gravel was quite stinky! I scrubbed it down with salt and water, but, the calcification is still there. My next chore will be using vinegar. I'm beyond happy and terrified at the same time. I haven't had a tank since 1996, and that tank was a 20 long. I'm ready for this adventure!! 2 Quote Link to comment
