The Rainy Day Aquarium
Did a bit of work on the tank today. Caribsea's nano tree kit made it a breeze to scape and I'm happy with the results. Kind of a bummer but the ballast for the light is "kaput", I have a replacement ballast headed my way hopefully, just a waiting game now, but I'm stoked to get this tank wet. 2 Quote Link to comment

Justind823
Woohoo halide! I do miss my Sunpod from yesteryear... Great little setup you have there, love the scape! I hope you have a good sized ATO reservoir for that halide 😅 1 Quote Link to comment

I have a 5 gallon reservoir so hopefully that’s enough! I had to move the tank down to the main floor because my office gets about 80f in the afternoon with the A/C running (very poor insulation) with a halide I think the tank would overheat 😵 Quote Link to comment
