Hi Walter,

Here is a site that you may or may not be using already. http://www.wetwebmedia.com

If you go to this homepage you can read through their articles for information. On top of that, you can read through hundreds of emails that people have sent in and had experienced people respond to. The emails are divided up into categories that make them easy to browse and search on specific text. If you exhaust your efforts looking for info in the articles and emails, you can send them your own email to get an answer. They really prefer you to look through their existing information first though before emailing.

For your specific question regarding frag creation, I will supply a link from the same site explaining soft coral propogation specifically. Hope it helps and good luck with your efforts!

I want to ask you about this bottled water that I found. It says something like this:

"Desmineralized or deionizided water, formulated with 7.0 pH, free of water impurities or metalic content."

Do you think thats RO water?

Waiting for comments ;)

Thanks!

W.

Hi Walter,

Although Deionized water is typically considered interchangeable with Reverse Osmosis water, I can't tell you with absolute certainty that this water will work for you. You might want to test the parameters and see if they come out OK. If they do, it should be fine. Do they have a "Wal-Mart" in your area? If so, they will probably sell RO water from a dispensing machine in the store. Sorry I can't be more authoritative, but I just don't know enough about the water you have found. Good luck!
