Radion xr15 Gen 4 - for 24 inch 20 gallon? (or second Kessil?)

Getting my @UNS 60A going and want to consider a lighting upgrade.  Have a Kessil A80 (Blue Tuna) over my 9.6 gallon but wonder if I need something more potent for the 60A.  It's a 20 gallon though I still keep primarily softies.  The Kessil has been great and my corals have thrived.  Should I just get a second Kessil?

 

Another option is I meet someone today who has some Radion xr15s (Gen 4) that I can get for $200 each.  I realize this is a ton more light, so wonder if I actually need it.  Seems like a decent deal, but I do not have all of the electronic "gear" that I often see used in tandem with such lights.  Can I just plug in the Radion and go or do I need other equipment?
