You don't have to light and flow the whole 125...just the vicinity around the corals. (I've just heard those crabs referred to as "common hermits".) Quote Link to comment

Mix the new water to the same salinity and temp as the water currently in the tank, then get all that toxic water OUT. 2 Quote Link to comment

I agree....unless water changes are being avoided for some reason (like water availability) then up to a 100% water change would be totally appropriate.
