rsucre
Hi. I have an issue with my old Nanobox Duo. Today, the white LEDs are staying on, even at 0%. They dim, but do not completely turn off. This happens only on the left puck. Can you help me troubleshoot the problem? Perhaps there is a short circuit somewhere in the left puck (solder points)? My guess is that the issue is at the puck or lamp (and not the driver/controller box) since it is happening just to a single puck. Your help is appreciated. Quote Link to comment

rsucre
Thanks for your reply @Justind823 I unassembled the light and tinkered a little bit with it. The problem went away after I unscrewed one of the screws that attaches the puck to the enclosure. I put the screw back in place and everything is all right now. Weird... I guess there was some kind of short circuit or stray voltage due to salt creep or something, but nothing visible. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment
