Aidenwb
I received a clown today and after acclimation i noticed some white spots on his body and was wondering if it looks like ich. He’s active and was eating within an hour of being in the tank. Should I be treating him or just see how it goes for a day or two? Thanks Quote Link to comment
Humblefish
It could be Ich, but there are some other possibilities as well. Sometimes Brook starts out as small white spots: https://www.nano-reef.com/forums/topic/402151-brooklynella-fish-disease-information/ Are you only seeing it on the black areas? Quote Link to comment
Aidenwb
Its hard to get a good photo cause it doesn’t stop moving. Seems to mostly be on the fins. I haven’t seen it flashing on anything and it was eating within an hour of acclimation so seems to be acting normally. I didn’t notice any spots in the bag, it was after I let him out that I saw them. Quote Link to comment
Humblefish
Just on the fins could be Lympho: https://www.nano-reef.com/forums/topic/403444-lymphocystis-fish-disease-information/ Quote Link to comment
