so, how's the airdriven protien skimmer going?

It seems to be doing really well, i really should have waited a little longer before i added him though. He feeds on anything he can find, i usually gently pick him up (with gloves) and move him on top of some food (like some mysis shrimp, i do this twice a week. He must like this as he staying in the same spot for days.

The reason i got an air driven Skimmer was due to $$$

I have not seen one of the better skimmers in action so i can not really compare it to antthing else. It appears to to a good job though. It pulls a hell of a lot of junk out of the water and keeps the tank nice and clear. It cost me $70A compared to $450A for a "Prisim".
