Yellow Clown Goby With Single White Spot?

So yesterday, I picked up the CUC and I couldn't resist this cutie!  He is so sweet, but I have a question.  In the middle of his tail he has a single white dot, could it be developing ich?  It is just one single dot, and is bigger than ich usually looks.  I will post pics if he still has it later today but I can't right now as I am not at the house.  Thanks!

I wouldn't worry too much about it unless more white dots start popping up on him.

It does look a litte like Lympho.  I'm not sure, when I get back I'll check on him...  Just wanted to make sure!
