05XRunner Posted June 30, 2018 Author Share Posted June 30, 2018 I picked up this sweet rainbow nem yesterday. I got the Anemone crab last week and it vanished and as soon as I put the nem in the tank It emerged like 10min later and made a B line for it. Thats where it picked to walk to after 24hr and it only moved maybe 6" from where I placed it. If it stays there I would be happy. 3 Quote Link to comment

specore Posted July 6, 2018 Share Posted July 6, 2018 Just chiming in on the stand. I do a lot of woodwork and have built several stands and IMO your design looks rock solid. The skinned sides will also help keep everything square and prevent racking, etc. If I were going to add anything it would be an additional 1X support under the top, running perpendicular to the 1x12's. However, I still think you are fine since the tank overlaps the frame. Awesome photo's too! Quote Link to comment
