neowind712
Added a Innovative Marine MiniMax Reactor today. I have Phosban on the bottom and Carbon on the top condensed between two sponges. So that has me running the following: Phosban and Sea Chem Matrix Carbon in Reactor ChemiPure Elite Blue, Purigen and Filter Floss in one Custom Caddy Carbon Pad, Phosphate Pad, and Filter Floss in second Custom Caddy May be a little overkill, but hopefully won't hurt anything. neowind712
So unfortunately I didn't know about the Yuma infection that most people are having with Yuma coral. I had the exact same issue which started exactly around two weeks of the Yuma's being in the tank. The began to extrude their insides and bleach. I have lost all my Yuma's now except for one and it isn't doing good. On a positive note I added a Banghai Cardinal and a Royal Gramma to the tank. I took the clownfish back to the LFS because it was SUPER aggressive and biting me every time I put my hands in the tank. I also added a few more corals: Toadstool Leather Trumpet Coral Pom Pom Xenia Link to comment

reefhound
from what I've learned it's a balance.. I would get everything out except for what's in the reactor yes it's overkill yes i'm sure it's harmful Link to comment
neowind712
Updated FTS on front page. Tank is still doing pretty good. Fighting some Cyano issues right now that hitchhiked in on a piece of coral I bought. Picked up a rainbow brain that is not to happy in the recent picture as it was a day after a 7 hour power outage and just moved. Also added some Pom Pom Xenia and a Green tipped Toadstool.
