Reefin Ric Flair
I had a bivalve (I think) make the voyage. He is open and ready to rock and roll Link to comment
sedatedlabmonkey
When I lived in Charlotte I met the nature boy a couple of times. Played paintball with his boy once too. Im from and live in Charlotte. I remember seeing Ric flair in Walmart here as a kid. I also saw one of his sons at parties a number of times in and after high school. Edit: nice looking tank too BTW ;-) Link to comment
Reefin Ric Flair
First scape. 20 lbs of primo cherry deco live rock in 20 gallon tall tank. As of now I'm going to get one large rock for the center, top of pile to get the structure more room for corals in the future and so it is a little over half as tall of the tank height. Any suggestions? Take it easy on me! This is my first foray into the hobby and I'm less than 24 hours into it! Link to comment
sedatedlabmonkey
I like it. Just need more rock eventually, but I do tend to like a very full look personally. All in all a great start! Link to comment

Yep, that's the plan. I need at least one more rock in there. It looks really bare in the pic but one more on top of a really decent size should do it Link to comment
acrab78
Looks good man.... Live rock is live fa sho! Maybe try different scapes till you like one, maybe a small pile on one side and larger pile on the other side etc... All personaly preference of course! Nature boy likes nature rocks! Whooooooo! Reefin Ric Flair
Here is the latest scape. I epoxy'd a branch rock to the rock on the right to give some height over there. I'll be checking out my LFS tomorrow after they get in 800 lbs of live rock. I'm looking for a long piece that will sit atop the two piles. Then I would like to epoxy a short, somewhat thin branch piece to the piece connecting the piles. Yay? Nay? Link to comment
Reefin Ric Flair
LFS is holding this pectinia I bought until my tank is cycled. Also an ultra acan and zoa. Sorry for the poor pics Dragon's breath macro algae Link to comment
Red_Blenny
Maybe break up the rocks a bit? Smaller rocks makes aquascaping easier IMO. Link to comment
NanoFever
Any updates on this? How's cycle comin? Link to comment

Slowtwitch
I like it. Especially since you still have some room for vertical growth at the top. Link to comment

Reefin Ric Flair
Added the mp10qd to replace my koralia nano 425. I think this pump may just be a smidgen more powerful And someone was paying a little too much attention to the skunk cleaner shrimp that I added today Link to comment
Reefin Ric Flair
Finally got my nanobox duo today! That meant plenty of other additions too. Ultra acan and zoa Pectinia Huge red and green blasto Radioactive zoa and green clown goby Link to comment

Reefin Ric Flair
Nice chunky Pectinia you got there Ric. Thanks! It is looking good so far. It is one of my most expensive pieces do I'm praying I don't mess it up. It has a really bright teal color that doesn't come through in the pics Link to comment
Reefin Ric Flair
When the pump and filter go off the royal gramma knows it is time to eat Super psyched here. Received my CUC today and they seem to be thriving. Hopefully my LFS will get in a yellow watchman goby on Thursday and then Nano Fever and I have an appointment this Friday to check out some corals from a local seller. I'm going to get a metallic / toxic green hammer coral, and likely a torch and frogspawn. Link to comment
Reefin Ric Flair
Added the yellow watchman goby named poutine to the tank today. Hoping he finds the red banded pistol shrimp, pierre. Link to comment
