Found this on my zoa rock!

Chalices do not have tentacles like that. In my experience, LPS corals are very hard to ID when they are babies. I once had two torches hitchhike on my LR and they were the size of tic-tacs when I first noticed them. It's either blastomussa or micromussa. Make sure to update as they grow. And yes the others are cup corals.

Thanks man, i'll definitely keep you guys updated. I've been feeding it and so far it's growing a little bit at a time. I took a blue light to the rock after lights out and there are two of these guys next to each other. The second one is smaller and right under a zoa.

What's the stuff behind the mystery lps? It looks like some kind of hydroid?

Had these on one of my snails shells for about a month, freaked out thinking they were aptasia, they went away and haven't seen them since, my guess was they were hydroids but not sure.

Haha thanks :D I try! I see other threads from others asking about their mystery critters and they're either blurry or tiny haha. Gotta get a good picture for an ID right?
