friartuck1
when I was growing up, one of the highlights to visiting the NEAQ was getting to touch the horseshoe crabs, mussels, starfish and such in their great touch tank. these are the animals I grew up knowing on the shores and in the tidal pools of massachusetts. how feasible would it be to set up a smaller version of this for the home? what would it take? thanks in advance! fullmonti
First a question. Have you kept a reef tank before? If the answer was no. The really really short answer, a lot of reading/research. Another couple questions might be how much room do you have & how much money can you spend on equipment? Don't mean to be abrupt but your asking a very open ended question. The slightly longer answer is sure it could be done, given a reasonable amount of knowledge of cold water reef keeping & a decent budget. Jim Link to comment
