Oh noes!

Fwiw, when I first got my sixline, I didn't see him for like 2-3 days.

I had a sixline hide in my 30br's sump for MONTH'S.

I thought he had died.

When I broke down the tank, I put the LR in 55g trashcan.....

Sure enough, there was the sixline.... In the can.

Must've rode the drainline down to the sump, and stayed there.

He now lives in the lfs LR tub. (~300g's) omgomgomg

Along w/ a couple damsel's, and a dottyback.... Prolly got there the same way.

I bought the most finicky wrasse you could get...

- Sometimes they stay in the sand for days.

- Soemtimes they hear you coming and hide.

- Sometimes their sleep schedule is still on Fiji time.

- Sometimes they take the first flight out of the tank, via carpet surfer airlines...

- etc., etc.

My Starry Blenny is kinda like that.. he comes out and about all day when no one's around.. but when some comes home, he goes straight to hiding. When I walk out to smoke through the sliding glass door, he waits for me to "disappear" (aka, sit down in a chair) then, he comes out again.. lol. Maybe he'll come around.. glad I've only had one carpet surfer, though.. and it just happened to be a clown..

My sixline is a boss.

1st day: out and about; fist pumping like a champ!

Of course she is... omgomgomg

Put on yer lid!

You made it white, right?

Lid is on.... My bet is she's in the sand. B)

The lid's black, btw.

So it blends into the bg, in photo's. ;)

All my carpet surfer's, have been of the Wrasse variety.

I just need to get the ho-bag to associate me w/ food.

Then, it's all good... B)

We have two (one yr old) Pomeranian's, and one 100lbs. mutt, that NEVER stop running.

Their "track", as we call it, goes right past the tank.

Then, there's my 6yr. old speed-demon....

I may not see this fish for week's!:lol:

I found my Wrasse.....

She poked her head out of the sand, while I was shooting pic's.

She's buried in front of my clam's.

You can see a lump in the sand where she is, and the 'entry point' just behind her.

I can't get my camera to take a pic that decently show's the sand...

Cleaner shrimp immediately claimed this spot...

After a valiant 3-day campaign, one of the youngest of the Mushiez has given his life in battle.

Let us now, bow our head's....

Late Wed. evening, one courageous Mushy-baby split from it's mother

At that moment, it started a trek toward the ultimate sacrifice....

Three day's into his spontaneous-existence, he was at death's door.

Face to face, w/ his ultimate goal, nowhere to go... Just a battle to the end, for the good of his brethren.

A 24hr. fight ensued, ending in his ultimate destruction, at the hand's of the enemy....

He put up the good fight, and stood up for what he believes in... R.I.P. brave little mushy. -_-

*If you look directly in front of the right-most clam, you can see the mound of sand the Wrasse is in.

Mound, ridge, whatever... The "hill" thing, in front of the clam...

I know they are. I've seen them really lit up a tank nicely and corals really stand out. Hense the reason why I cannot wait to get my hands on a cash to get some for my tank
