Yes, I just read through your thread and I agree...you have learned some valuable lessons and are a better reefer for it. Nothing like a little experience to help guide you along the way. And for what it is worth, I thought the aiptasia garden had a beauty all its own, LOL.

first thing I thought was - aptasia.

 

If you can get frags of the good stuff, perhaps start a tank and let the aptasia run riot in that one. It actually looks a bit "nice" in its own wild way. You could keep other typically undesirables in there, because some of the scary stuff is really neat in its own right.

 

I am in agreement with bug about the peppermint shrimp army you need.
