Euphyllia Posted November 12, 2011 Author Share Posted November 12, 2011 Okie, so here's what I did yesterday... I went to a concert for a Deutsch band called Madsen with my German class. So I sit down and get ready for the concert. Here's the band!... Nice, right? Not really... Three girls come down from the audience and sit in front of the stage and start attention whoring. Then 10 more girls came with signs and joined in. Then some dude with a German flag draped over him like a cape ran down and about 200 people followed him. I had to move seats because the people were annoying and I was trying to sleep. Can you see the Deutschbag with the German flag thingy on? Then the dude was like all, "Hayyy we nee some HAWT sheXXXYYY dancarz up here!!! hot seexxxyyy girls" and I was like, "AHAHAHAHA pedo" and then they got up on stage and started dancing... Then security had to push them off the stage and THEY STARTED CROWD SURFING. The singers spoke Engrish but they chose to sing in German (REALLY? Why would you do that?) and I couldn't understand anything but words like I and you... And there was a lady at the bratwurst stand that burned her finger and the grill and yelled "SCHEISSE!" and I was like "PEEHEHEHEHEHEHE you said--" and she stared me down. I ended up having brokwurst, which is like a creepy white bratwurst that's really fat and weird. Then I turned into a creepy fan girl and took like 100 pictures of the singers while they were signing autographs. One of them was named Sasha. Another one they called "Sex Machine" and I was like "TROLOLOL" and he thought I was weird... So yeah. Link to comment

Euphyllia Posted November 12, 2011 Author Share Posted November 12, 2011 On the bus ride back, there was a German Honors student who grew up speaking German sitting in front of my and a German exchange student sitting behind me. She was like, "Excuse me, sprechst du Deutsch?" and he responded and they had a conversation. I watched and listened and I could follow the conversation! They were talking about colleges and the guy was like, "I want to go to UIC" and she was like, "Oh, so you're going to CVS" (but of course in German) and then I ROFL'd because she said CVS instead of UIC. They talked about where the guy grew up in German and what cities were best. Very interesting to listen to. Link to comment
