TinyGiant Posted February 20, 2011 Share Posted February 20, 2011 use the ones i get on ebay ..they work awesome. prewired and you just screw them into track lighting sockets.. which you can get for about $1 each online also. i have them on my 55gallon and are getting awesome growth. I had them on a 5.5n nano for almost a year too and had super growth and colors. the bulbs range from 5-9 per bulb and the sockets are 1.00 per. they have 240v max input so you just wire them parallel to a plug and plug it in to the wall.. cant get simpler. heck I'd even wire it and handle all the ordering for you for a fee lol. the bulbs come from an ebay vendor in china so it takes 10-20 days for them to arrive. but its well worth the wait. read through this whole first post http://www.nhfragswap.com/forum/index.php?topic=18.0 Link to comment

They are great for zosd. T5's will work too but I favor the other two more. What happened to the NPS idea? Link to comment
