sageblade24
And the cycle has begun... I got 50 lbs of rock coming from marco and a few rocks from the LFS. 60 lbs of total sand I think should do it, I am so excited to get this thing going. Link to comment

sageblade24
Due to some technical difficulties aka me being careless some sand made it into the sump side but i will make sure to get it all out soon enough. Link to comment

land_lubber
Could you take more pics from different angles and so on? I'm thinking of doing this as well and looking for ideas. Cheers. Link to comment
sageblade24
I was trying to get a picture of my beautiful Rose Bubble Tip which has quadrupled in size since I have had it (about 4-6 months). Everyone wanted to be in the photo as well, like a family photo. Sure, I will try and get more pics in. The only downside to this tank style is when critters fall into the sump portion its almost impossible to get them out so make sure you add an overflow with teeth or something to keep them from going overboard. land_lubber
If I do do it then I'll have a under tank sump. Very interested to see more pics though. Link to comment
