Hero
That 4 inch space sounds like a perfect place for bio balls. That's basically how my cold water tank is set up. You'll need some kind of mechanical filter before the bio balls, that you can easily replace every few days. Without it junk will build up in the bio balls fast, and rot. The design on the back of the aquarium will stay the same except that this time i will have a overflow box in the corner of the aquarium. As far as breeding the bubble shells i was thinking about just using the by then perfectly cycled 7 gallon Oh and heres the thread that i am following on RC. - http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthre...ltimateReef.com Heres the other thread the guy on RC from UR (U.K. Forum) posted on UR about his version of the above picture. Both are inspiration from be. My tank will just be a bit smaller. - http://www.ultimatereef.net/forums/showthread.php?t=322764 Heres a picture of the guys tank from UR.
