soundcrd
I am starting a new tank (Starting a Pico), and based on a lot of the comments floating around the thread as well as the beginners' guide, I am thinking about buying a refractometer. I assume that, like everything else, all refractometers are not created equal, so I was wondering if anyone could share some advice as to experiences they've had with different refractometers, good or bad. Thanks! Link to comment

HankB
This one works great!. Haven't had any problems at all out of it. I have that one and it crapped out. Fortunately DFS provides excellent service and shipped me a replacement along with a prepaid label to return the defective unit. -hank Link to comment
jm82792
Mine was from ebay it was from industrial supply they specialize in refractometers. It looks high quality and seems just like DR foster and smith it's a ATC too. I dunno why yours crapped out though I hope it was a fluke Link to comment
