This does not change the salinity as the water is already there in its dry state. Just this afternoon I had a 5g bucket of dry RODI. I added 5g of fresh RODI and continued with making my salt mix as usual. All seems well at this point. All params tested well within acceptible levels. I will keep everyone updated.
