Black silicone. Lights: 1 250 watt HQI Aqua Medic Ocean light Metal Halide with a Phoenix 14K bulb. 2 65 watt PC’s 8800K retrofit. (probably going 10K with 2 actinic PC’ in the near future). Sump: 24”x 12” x 16” acrylic Protein skimmer: Life reef VS 24” with a Mag drive 9.5 (going to put a mag 12 on it soon) Return Pump: Panworld 50PX-X 1110 GPH (very quiet and runs super cold! Here are the specs: Tank: Custom 4Ft. X 2Ft. X 12 inches High one drain hole and 2 returns. Painted back and bottom of tank black. Stand: Home Depot Metal stand (good for 4000 lbs.) Wrapped in leopard fabric. Hood: DIY out of wood painted black and hung from street light style brackets behind the tank. Lights: 4X 4 foot T5 HO’s, Tek reflectors, Icecap ballast and maybe a halide later down the road. Sump: Custom 55 gallon with 30 gallon refugium connected to sump from main display tank. Return pump: either a mag 7 or a oceanrunner not sure Power heads: Seios, Hydors, or MJmods not sure. Im probably missing some stuff…If I think of anything else Ill add it…. Izzue Posted February 20, 2007 Share Posted February 20, 2007 Nice Sail fin Pro I bought one for 3 months for my 18 gal to graze on macro...He has done an awesome job. Im gonna tear the 18 gal down and replace the sand this weekend and SF goes back to LFS for credit...also pulling a Six that has been in the tank for almost 2 years...he deserves a larger home also Is that the prop tank Ebin had up??? proraptor2 Posted February 20, 2007 Author Share Posted February 20, 2007 Yeah I got a copperband butterfly from a kid that had it stuffed in a small tank....So I meet up with him and the fish is laying on the bottom of the container on its way out skinny as hell.....But the kid said he eats like a pig....The fish died the second day he was in my tank....Sucks! Izzue - I love my sailfin....He takes care of all my algae problems.... That isnt the prop tank ebin had....I bought this one new Link to comment
