lajz9
I hope by the time this contest concludes I have a better camera that can capture some of the smaller life in the tank. I'm stunned by the amount of pods and life in the tank that wouldn't survive if fish/inverts were present! Very cool to watch, wish I could share! Link to comment

It burns through batteries like a MOFO though. But then again, by the looks of all your corals my jealousy tells me to not be so nice Link to comment

lajz9
Maybe a smaller species of blastomussa? Very well could be...the color is pretty plain and boring but I'd say it's pretty cool considering it came on the rock from Sea Life Inc. It does eat mysis... Link to comment

lajz9
Well, my Yuma is dying slowly and the Alien Eye Goniopora is back from literally nowhere. I left the piece of rock it was on in the tank once it disappeared and it's got about 3 tiny heads now. Checking w/ Maria re: adjusting my finances. Link to comment

lajz9
Doing some rescaping today...removing some things and transferring some over from my 40g. lajz9
So I've really taken a liking to ricordeas, and as you can see I added a couple more from my 40g today. Unfortunately I didn't have any luck with the rainbow yuma, poop happens I suppose. I can't believe how much the florida rics been growing and splitting. I hope to have a nice little ric garden by the end of the contest! Oh yeah, I added a cowrie today as well! Besides all the pods there was just a lack of well, life in this aquarium (not that the cowrie is an eye catcher). Just waiting to hear back on a price from Maria! Link to comment
lajz9
Updated FTS! I really like this cowrie, anyone know of anywhere to find some other cool ones? Top-down of the little zoa garden. I can't wait to see how much these duncans grow by the end of the contest. I was looking at pics of my 40g from 9 mo. ago and my duncans in that tank have grown about 25 new heads! Crazy how fast they grow when you feed em. Ah the monti's...I figured they'd help fill in the top a little. Should look cool when the orange/purple grow together. No explanation needed.
