I added an extra rio 210 to my cube for more water flow. total cost for tube, fittings, and pump, 25 bux. Made a significant difference in look and growth of corals.

pegged at 80 always. Didnt really see any change in temp or had any problems with temp.

It looks like you're using 1/4" loc-line. How did you plumb your "Y" through the back wall then to your pump? Did you use sometype of bulkhead? If not what did you use?

I basically used an old soldering iron and slowly created a hole through the wall until my loc line fit through it. I locked 2 links in the hole to hold all the tubing. It does move a bit and there is very minimal leakage through the hole to the second chamber, but i didnt have the luxury to mod before the tank was running. It was running for like 2 months before the mod. If i was to do again I would drill, use a bulkhead, etc.

I have seen that type of mod before as well with a spraybar running across the top.
