uunfaws Posted May 9, 2004 this is a pretty full of an aquarium ...seems too full as a matter of fact. How long have you had it going and how are the corals doing? How fast did you stock up the tank? Quote Link to comment
minibowler Posted May 9, 2004 You are right! It's a high demand 7g tank. Now I wish now i have gone a different way, but i try to enjoy what i have. Tank is 1.5 year old with 72 W PC total light. Most corals are less than one year old in my tank showing visible growth. No major loss yet. -lps: torch red open brain candy cane blasto marleti oxiopora 2 different montiopora dig frag. bubble coral favia brain -softies: gsp sinularia cabage coral toad stool xenia -shrooms: read, blue, metalic green zoos: 8 different kind -halimeda out of control It's a constant battle to keep up the alkalinity above 7kH. I dose full strenght kalk and buffer. And Thank God not too much stining! Quote Link to comment
nano_fano Posted May 27, 2004 hey...sorry to ask a newb question, but what is the green brain-looking one on the bottom/middle of the tank? I've seen it in several tanks but don't quite know what it is. Thanks Quote Link to comment
minibowler Posted May 28, 2004 I think that is the green/blue zoo's colony (below favia)on the round looking plug that you are refering to. Check my other photos to see a close up. Quote Link to comment
