Lava Lamps are patented, wouldn't this be an infringement?

not really, these aren't lava lamps these are alcholamps...

It's not the glass that's patented, it's the idea and what's in them that's patented. Patent #3,570,156 and #3,387,396 Might be worth looking into, not worth getting sued over a few bucks...

Well, i am not really concerned, my formula has nothing to do with those posted on the websites he has listed.

I have complete collections of absolut bottles, you name it, I got it.

Rasp, Reg. blue, mandarin, kurant, citron, pepper, peach, 100 proof.

I'll get rid of them all for cheap, can get pictures up of the ones too if you want them.
