DIY overflow & locline returns

This is my first DIY project and it was quite a Hurculean task (yes just the overflow). I wanted to use ABS piping for the overflow because PVC was just too ... "white".. for my taste.

have you calculated the overflow rate? In case u haven't, go to reefcentral.com and check the overflow/drain calculator in the main page

Why not use PVC and then the Krylon Fusion spray paint? I've heard that ABS can leech chem into water(might want to double check).

Sup man long time no talk... thanks for the info. I did some research and found that its completely safe. Always good to double check though..
